Spectral Instruments specializes in the development and manufacture of cooled CCD and CMOS cameras for demanding low-light applications. We provide the finest low noise <3e-, high sensitivity (> 90% QE), -110C cooling (low dark current), 16-bit CCD cameras that current technology can offer. Optical inputs can include windows with custom coatings through fiber optic tapers or faceplates. Readout options are designed to be flexible and customized to the application. Custom CCD and CMOS designs as well as OEM camera production are available.

Aujourd'hui, Spectralys commercialise 3 produits : AMALTHEYS : un analyseur évaluant rapidement (1 à 3 minutes) la dénaturation protéique du lait et des derivés laitiers permettent la mise en place de procédures de suivi et de correction des process , essentielles à la standardisation et l'optimisation des produits. FLUORALYS : un analyseur multricritère qui permet d'effectuer un contrôle de la qualité des produits alimentaires issus de traitements thermiques de type cuisson , torréfaction ou friture . CEREALYS : Analyseur de céréales multicritères de grains entiers de blé, orge ou maïs. Il permet pour la première fois l'analyse en silo de nombreux paramètres de qualité (indice de chute de Hagberg, Promatest, Mycotoxines, ...) sous traités jusque là aux laboratoires. Le blé, l'orge ou le maïs peuvent être caractérisés en 1 à 4 minutes selon les critères en vue de leur allotement, sans broyage préalable, ni préparation d'échantillon.
