In 2005, a STARPLAST site was established in Salvador (Bahia State - Northeast Brazil - 12"58'10.49"​ S - 38"30'46.55"​ W), in a 13.000 m² plant, with 7.500 m² of built area, destined to amplify the production and thus take helmets of highest quality to more and more motorcyclists all over Brazil.
