Our Crankshafts are made of pre-formed forgings and castings, which are machined and heat-treated with focus on exceptionally high accuracy and production quality. Our large Rolls for cold rolling are made from forgings supplied by internationally recognized manufacturers to stringent quality specifications. Our Tools are made of certified high-speed and corrosion resistant tool steel grades, machined to the highest production standards for metallurgy, engineering, glass, food and construction industry. Our offer in tools section is led by Sartorius Werkzeuge with a wide range of offers, from tools for milling, turning and cutting to service and safety & security equipment. Next in tools offer line is milling tools from Innotool, solid carbide tools for drilling and milling from Miller, Beck precise processing bore reamers with multiple blades, Triag clamping tools and last, but not least important - Kyocera tools for cutting, milling and turning. In our demo center we also hold sizable stock of tools so we can respond to any inquiry and order in short time. On our demo center we also have CNC machines so in every moment we can demonstrate or show the possibilities and advantages to the possible customer, but also held training for our future owner of the machine, so to minimize downtime from the time of installation to the very beginning of the production. La régénération des tissus et des organes représente un enjeu cognitif et médical majeur. Notre objectif est de comprendre certains des mécanismes sous-jacents pour améliorer/rétablir les capacités de régénération chez le mammifère adulte. Le maintien de l'intégrité tissulaire comme sa restauration suite à une agression font intervenir plusieurs déterminants dont un acteur local indispensable : le stroma. L'importance de ce stroma a été mise en évidence au travers de travaux sur l'hématopoïèse (normale ou pathologique). Ce stroma peut être conçu comme une identité fonctionnelle contenant de manière générique des cellules adultes dont des cellules souches mésenchymateuses (CSM) qui allient à la fonction souche une fonction de soutien. Notre objectif est de permettre la régénération chez le mammifère adulte quels que soient les tissus. Nous étudions plus particulièrement 2 tissus : la moelle osseuse et les tissus adipeux au sein desquels notre recherche est plus particulièrement focalisée sur le rôle et les fonctions des cellules souches dont les cellules mésenchymateuses (MSC pour la moelle osseuse, ASC pour les tissus adipeux) et leurs utilisations en médecine régénérative. Plus spécifiquement, nous cherchons à: -Identifier et caractériser les sous-ensembles de populations cellulaires de cellules souches ou stromales présentes dans le stroma, -Mieux caractériser et comparer les caractéristiques de MSC natives ou cultivées dans des conditions physiologiques ou pathologiques caractérisées par une rupture de l'homéostasie tissulaire, -Examiner comment ces tissus peuvent servir de réservoirs physiologiques pour des cellules souches adultes permettant « la réparation » ou la régénération, -Etudier les utilisations thérapeutiques des CSM/ASC en médecine régénératrice.
