Met The Purpose Company definiëren we samen met onze klanten (in co-creatie) de Purpose, maar met name 'halen we deze van het papier af' door deze 'te laten leven' onder medewerkers. De Purpose laten we aansluiten bij de intrinsieke motivatie van medewerkers en wat dat betekent in houding en gedrag. Alleen dan resulteert Purpose in een positieve impact op meer geïnspireerde medewerkers (werkgeluk), betere en gezondere bedrijfsresultaten én een mooiere wereld (om ons heen (SDGs)). En vanuit die gedachten helpen wij klanten ook om te voldoen aan de CSRD rapportage. Why De markt zit in de transitie van de belevings- of kenniseconomie naar de betekeniseconomie en middels een modulair verrijkingstraject willen wij bijdragen aan toekomstbestendig en betekenisvol ondernemen. How De verrijking zit ten eerste in het toevoegen van Purpose die breed in de organisatie wordt gedragen. De bewustwording hiervan verhoogt in eerste instantie het welzijn onder de medewerkers, wat resulteert in een hogere verbondenheid aan de organisatie, meer motivatie, een hogere productiviteit, minder verzuim en een hogere retentie. Aan de andere realiseer je meer loyale klanten. Ten tweede betekent het een verrijking in de zin van meer welvaart voor de organisatie. Op deze manier wordt betekenisvol ondernemen een natuurlijke keuze, waarbij de intrinsieke motivatie van de hele organisatie wordt omgezet in actie. Het geheel resulteert in persoonlijke- en organisatorische groei in vele opzichten. What Het modulaire verrijkingstraject bestaat uit business coaching (management consultancy) voor het finetunen of bepalen van de Purpose, een trainingstraject met workshops om maximaal draagvlak in de organisatie te genereren en ten slotte kunnen we dit ook vastleggen in de (CSRD) rapportage. Kortom: The Purpose Company begeleid om betekenisvol ondernemen "van het papier af te krijgen"​ en daadwerkelijk te laten ervaren binnen het bedrijf en in contact met al jullie stakeholders!
