We provide communication and social skills training to disengaged and vulnerable adolescents preparing to transition into the adult workforce. Mission: To empower adolescents with positive life skills. TRDA support individual employment pathways by helping to improve communication and social skills, so that participants can function effectively and confidently in a typical social environment.
