Sign language is an inspirational communication tool that has been used by deaf people for centuries. So many people say that they are captivated when they see sign language being used, and that they would dearly love to possess this skill. The Signing Company was born out of desire to make this skill accessible to all, from babies to 101. We believe that even with the most basic signing knowledge, everyone has the tools to communicate more effectively in everyday life. Moreover, when learning occurs in a fun and stimulating environment, then positive learning takes place. Using signs from British Sign Language (BSL), we teach to families, educational practitioners and professionals to offer additional strategies to communication and learning. A part of estate 20 acres having organic farm for vegetables and flowers. Rest 80 acres are covered with Oak and Pine trees. We too have honey bee family for honey requirement. It is peaceful place away from hustle bustle and crowd. There is beautiful river flows down along our estate with many hidden natural pools. In order to have healthy food, we have our own dairy farm ( 8 cows and 2 bulls) for our milk requirement and bulls are used in ploughing farm.. Compost fertilizer made out of cow dung is used in our organic farm.Work is going on big dairy farm where dairy products like cheese, butter etc will be produced. Horses are used for horse riding and carrying farm produce to nearest road head.

Middle Eastern & Mediterranean Cafe, Catering Company, Food Hall and Cookery School. Café The Silk Road Café was founded in 2000, when Abraham Phelan took over the premise in the Chester Beatty Library, Dublin Castle, Dublin 2. Since then he has run the successful Middle Eastern & Mediterranean Café and won several awards. Catering We can cater for any type of event; Cooperate canapé reception, sit down dinners, private house parties and barbecues. Our focus is on Middle Eastern & Mediterranean food, however we can cater Irish and International food as well. Cookery School We will launch our new enterprise, the Silk Road Kitchen Cookery School, in August 2014. We have acquired a building in Kimmage, Dublin 12, especially for the purpose and it will be the first cookery school in Ireland that specialises in Middle Eastern & Mediterranean Food. Food Hall Adjoined to the Cookery School we have created a Food Hall from where we will sell ingredients used for Middle Eastern & Mediterranean food, homemade cakes, coffee, sandwiches, salads and take away dinners.
