At The Training Generation we specialise in guiding and supporting employers and employees in the energy and steam generation industries. We do not believe that 'just enough information is developing a safe and skilled workforce, so we strive to deliver above and beyond the minimum standards required and develop the future of New Zealand's energy and steam generation industry workforce to be among the best in the world. About The Training Generation The Training Generation offers experience from over 23 years in the domestic and overseas steam and electricity generation industry, across a wide range of operating platforms including coal, oil, wood, gas and geothermal power stations, and from training management in various industries around New Zealand. Our team has worked with adult trainees and mentoring in career development including preparation and delivery of training resources for the likes of Genesis Energy, Contact Energy and Centrica in the UK, as well as other industries around New Zealand. Directors Ewen and Robyn Graves experience in training spans over 30 years collectively, in a number of industries both around New Zealand and overseas. Robyn has managed substantial training budgets and targets, specialising in mentoring Management teams in integrating effective training programmes into their organisations. She has also been proactive in analysing need and obtaining external funding to support training programmes. Ewen has been significantly involved in training in the UK and in New Zealand, being technically savvy as well as having the understanding of the qualifications to mentor managers and trainees in training pathways.

The Training Partnership – one of the UK’s market leaders in European Work Experience (all sectors of work) a Premier Provider in the field of EU Vocational Training, Educational Programmes or Technical Visits – tailor made and designed for individuals, students, groups and Educational organisations. We are well known throughout the EU for providing top quality training programmes and student welfare. We also have many years experience of organising incoming and outgoing Leonardo da Vinci Mobility funded projects on behalf of our many European Partners. Language Training is optional (not compulsory) and provided by 1st Class British Council Accredited Language Schools.

The Training Source: The Source for your training and development needs. The Training Source, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) organization founded in 1993 by current Executive Director, Evelyn Kim Rhim. The vision for The Training Source grew from a desire to earn a living by sharing her skills and knowledge with those whose personal and professional growth and development would be enhanced by her assistance. Mission: The mission of The Training Source is to provide superior training and related services, using innovative methodologies and technology to meet individual and workplace development needs. Vision: The vision of The Training Source is to ensure that adults and youth have the job skills and life skills to succeed in the workplace, and they secure and retain employment successfully.
