The Work Group is an innovative Social Enterprise, that reinvests operating surplus into the local community. The Work Group incorporates three businesses - Worktrainers, GAME Traffic & Contracting and Recruitment Select - operating across North East and Central Victoria and Southern NSW. The following specialised employment services are either funded by The Work Group or are run in partnership with other like-minded organisations. Mi Work - Our longest running program established with the support of GV Area Mental Health in 2007. Mi Work assists long-term & often institutionalised people, whose diagnosed mental illness has prohibited them entering employment. Geared4Careers - Initially launched in Wangaratta, this program was expanded in January 2013 to now include the Shepparton region. Our staff work alongside local students supporting them to remain and succeed in school, find part-time after school and holiday work and plan for a positive career path. The underlying aim of all our programs is to assist people remain engaged in employment or education. We believe our programs have the ability to transform regional communities over time through increased participation in the local economies as valued employees and consumers.

WFC is a not-for-profit educational organization committed to providing high-quality services that continually respond to the emerging needs of children, their families, schools, and communities. The Work-Family Connection’s teaching staff believes that the Programs should serve as the student’s "home away from home" and are places where a great deal of growth and development take place. Within structure and limits, there needs to be much freedom and many choices. We believe that the environment should be challenging, both mentally and physically, foster independence, teach life skills, and allow students to grow intellectually, socially, and emotionally.

The WorkFaith Connection is a Christ-centered 501 c(3) organization that exists to provide effective and comprehensive employment services to men and women who have become discouraged in their job search. Our Christ-centered values paired with our highly-structured program help students increase their value and confidence which is needed for successful transitions back into the workforce.

The Workplace Centre is a state-of-the-art skills development centre that provides employability and entrepreneurial skills development as well as HR process intervention services to its clients. At The Workplace Centre we work with our clientele to build their knowledge and develop a career road map which will give them a competitive advantage in their chosen fields of endeavour. We develop in our clientele essential soft and technical skills as they prepare for and work in an ever demanding business world. Our facility is well equipped with state-of-the-art tools, our courses are broad and in-depth and our facilitators are subject matter experts in their fields. Situated in a secluded part of Lagos - Victoria Island, our training centre is well equipped and provides an excellent industry standard learning environment for our clients.
