Tom Healy’s purpose is to help leaders lead more effectively so they can thrive personally and professionally. Through his consulting work, Tom has helped a wide range of organizations, including national non-profits, the United States Navy, the Harvard Medical School and Fortune 500 companies develop better talent management strategies, oftentimes redeveloping their social media strategy to attract top talent. As CEO of LaunchPoint, Tom is focused on continuing to grow their library of impactful online education courses that help thousands of students each year.
