Krakow company TRAX elektronik was founded in 1991 by three partners: Andrzej Moryc, Mariusz Tomecki and Leszek Turczyński under the name Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Usługowe TRAX elektronik s.c. Since 2006 the status of the company has changed. PPU TRAX elektronik evolved into a general partnership. The basic scope of the business are: - manufacturing and packaging of electronic and electrical devices, - production and maintenance of computer and microprocessor software, - production and maintenance of the following systems: traffic management, flood and fire guards, - repair and maintenance of electronic equipment and measuring apparatus. Until now, TRAX elektronik manufactured and installed more than 1000 remote measuring and informational points: - 450 road weather stations; - 400 variable message signs; - 400 camera points; - 250 traffic measurement stations; - 450 station of another type. More The company has been working with research institutions, universities and the authorities responsible for road maintenance and it has also been working with several major construction companies in Poland. The company's products have received several prestigious awards. Since September 2006, the company has a certificate confirming the fulfillment of the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2001.
