2014 yılında kurulan TURK Elektronik Para A.Ş. işletmeler ve bireysel kullanıcılar için güvenli ve tüm mevzuatlara uygun olarak elektronik paranın ihraç edilmesini ve sunduğu ödeme çözümleri aracılığı ile ön ödemeli akıllı kimlik kartlarının, finansal bir alt yapı ile birlikte kullanılmasını sağlamaktadır. BDDK tarafından Turk Elektronik Para A.Ş.'ye 6493 sayılı Ödeme ve Menkul Kıymet Mutabakat Sistemleri, Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşları Hakkında Kanunun çerçevesinde elektronik para ihraç etmek üzere elektronik para kuruluşu olarak faaliyette bulunma izni verilmiştir.

Turk Kauffman Architecture is a full-service architecture firm. Turk Kauffman is a registered architect in the state of California with over twenty-five years of architecture experience. Lauri Puchall holds a Masters in Architecture from the University of California Berkeley and has worked over 20 years in architecture and design. Projects range from residential to commercial and institutional throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and New York. The firm welcomes jobs of all types and scales including adaptive reuse of existing buildings, interiors, outdoor features, furniture design, lighting and planning. Türk Loydu is an “International Classification and Conformity Assessment Body”, providing classification, inspection and certification services, which was established by the Chamber of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers in 1962 with the contributions of the Turkish Union for Insurance and Reinsurance Companies and with the participation of organizations such as The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, Chamber of Shipping, Istanbul Chamber of Industry, Union of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects, Shipowners’ Association, Shipbuilders’ Association, Union of Boiler and Pressure Vessels Manufacturers. Türk Loydu; which was found by the own resources of Turkey in 1962 by the significant organizations of the sector, has pioneered the developments in the marine and land industry and maintained its development by enlarging its service areas since its foundation. Where we stand now, Türk Loydu maintains its services within the frame of its accreditations and authorizations with international recognition and provides ship classification, certification of management systems, product and personnel, conformity assessment and third party controlling services in a wide range of sectors from training, machinery manufacturing to shipbuilding with its technical personnel who are competent in various fields.

Türk Nippon Sigorta A.Ş. is established on May 1, 1991, with a capital of 25 million TL, under partnership of Development Bank of Turkey and Nippon Fire & Marine, the largest Insurance Company of Japan. Türk Nippon Sigorta went through a major change in capital structure on October 1998 with its 85.22% shares being acquired by Sümerbank, other partners being the Development Bank of Turkey with 10% share and Nippon Fire & Marine with 4.78% share. In 2000, 96.24% of shares of Türk Nippon Sigorta are transferred to Saving Deposits Insurance Fund, followed by being purchased by HNS Group in October 2001 which owned the company until November 2008, after which the majority of its shares is purchased by Harel Group. Since 2008, Türk Nippon Sigorta continues its insurance activities by combining the support and power of Harel Group with its own dynamic and professional team.
