We were born out of a food truck in the back of a surf shop in Tofino, British Columbia. We balanced surfing with creating world-inspired food from the best possible ingredients available and wrapping them in delicious fresh tortillas. We continue to grow today and have Food Trucks and Restaurants across beautiful British Columbia in Tofino, Victoria, and The Lower Mainland. We have since grown to share our concept with locations across BC, including locations in Victoria, and Vancouver and are excited to bring our unique concept to new communities. Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Community (TLRC) is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community located on 28+ acres the beautiful north end of Tacoma. Our full continuum of life-style options include independent retirement living, assisted living, short-term medical/rehabilitation care, long-term care, memory and hospice care services.
