The Arc Tampa Bay has been providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1958. The mission of The Arc Tampa Bay is to support and empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Recognized on a state and national level, The Arc Tampa Bay strives to meet the needs of the community and its stakeholders by offering a full range of services, from employment services and residential placement to applied behavior analysis and therapeutic day program services. Our focus is ensuring that individual goals are achieved by offering supportive assistance. The Arc Tampa Bay is headquartered in Clearwater, FL, with 3 day program sites, 18 group homes and 1 apartment complex located throughout northern Pinellas County. Over 250 individuals receive services on a daily basis from The Arc Tampa Bay. Primary funding referral sources for individuals in need of services are the Agency for Persons with Disabilities and the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

THE architectes est une société d'architecture organisée autour de deux architectes associés: David Juhel et Joachim Seyer. L’agence est fondée à Paris, en 2009. En 2014, forts de nombreux projets dans le grand Ouest, les deux associés décident d’ouvrir une nouvelle agence à Nantes. Une douzaine d'architectes collaborateurs sont désormais répartis sur les deux sites. Le volume de projets est en constante progression. Entre 2009 et 2014, THE architectes a livré une vingtaine d’opérations de petite ou moyenne taille, pour un coût total de construction d'environ 5 millions d’euros. Depuis 2016, le développement de l'agence lui autorise des projets à plus grande échelle, pour des clients privés comme publics et répartis sur l'ensemble du territoire français. A l’été 2017, elle travaillait sur une quinzaine d’opérations dont le coût total de construction s'élève à plus de 50 millions d’euros. Qu’il s’agisse de logements, bureaux, parkings en silos ou équipements, THE architectes a toujours fait montre de sa capacité à réaliser des programmes variés. Cette expertise transversale permet à l'agence d'élargir régulièrement son périmètre d'intervention. Pour y parvenir avec le plus d'efficacité possible, elle a engagé sa mutation vers la maquette BIM; avec l’ambition de nouer un dialogue toujours plus constructif avec maîtres d’ouvrages et partenaires de l’acte de construire.
