Valor Health is the main health care system in Gem county. We provide both inpatient and ambulatory care for our citizens.

At our quaint 8 private bedroom facility, you feel like you are right at home! We are located within a safe residential neighborhood in the heart of Grafton, WI. Our caregivers give special one on one attention and cares to each individual resident based on the unique care plan designed on how you want us to help take care of you! We have an on call experienced and compassionate nurse available 24/7. We are private, family owned and Christian based.
