L'Association Internationale des Soldats de la Paix – Soldiers of Peace International Association (AISP-SPIA) est une Organisation Non Gouvernementale (ONG) fondée en 1988 par Laurent Attar-Bayrou, Président actuel. Sa mission est de prolonger, sur le plan humanitaire et diplomatique, les actions entreprises par les Casques Bleus sur le terrain. Elle s’engage donc à créer des associations dans chacun des pays ayant contribués aux Opérations de Maintien de la Paix. Ces structures, une fois mises en place, participent au renforcement des droits des Soldats de la Paix pendant et après leurs missions. L'association est, depuis 1995, dotée d’un statut consultatif général auprès du Conseil Economique et Social des Nations Unies dans le cadre des résolutions du Conseil de Sécurité.
