AktivPersonale A/S blev i 1999 startet af Judi Hede Andersen og Kjeld Nedergaard. Vi er et 100% dansk ejet vikarbureau og rekrutteringsfirma med hovedsæde i Holstebro og har i dag også afdeling i Hjørring, Aalborg, Nykøbing Mors, Skive og Hammel. Tanken var at formidle gode, stabile og positive vikarer til alle former for virksomheder, der derved kunne få den fleksiblitet, de i det daglige har brug for. Tanken var også, at udnytte den viden og erfaring vi havde opbygget gennem 10 år. Vi ville gennem vores kontakt til erhvervslivet optimere samarbejdet til at øge virksomhedernes muligheder for fleksibilitet.
