Albert uses its proprietary CARDS (Computer Aided Resources Detection System) to help mineral exploration professionals identify areas with a high statistical probability of similarity to known areas of mineralization. In combination with modern exploration techniques, CARDS is a useful tool to save both money and time by limiting target areas for exploration.

Alberta BioPhotonics develops advanced testing technology for various quantitation applications in the field. Our core technology, OptiQ, was designed as an on-site and fast, analytical testing solution. With the current challenges of long waiting times and high lab testing costs, OptiQ empowers the end-user to obtain sample results within minutes. Our first two tests are for DNA and protein detection. We plan to roll out further tests depending on end-user needs. OptiQ was designed with field-work in mind. With a small footprint and control by a tablet, the instrument can be easily carried. With a built-in-battery, the device can last for hours with continuous operation and can move from one location to another with ease. Analytical testing with OptiQ is as easy as collect, sample, and measure.
