Ales, unica società del Ministero dei Beni Culturali, ha il compito di supportare il Mibac nelle sue strategie di tutela e valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale, apportando competenze addizionali e complementari e sviluppando iniziative sinergiche per garantire una gestione sostenibile. Ales opera tramite l’affidamento diretto di commesse da parte del Mibac e attualmente eroga servizi presso circa 150 sedi del Ministero, con l’impiego di oltre 1100 dipendenti, nelle seguenti macro aree: a) Miglioramento della fruizione per i musei e le aree archeologiche e per le biblioteche e gli archivi; b)Rafforzamento della capacità organizzativa e gestionale dell’Amministrazione, tramite servizi di supporto tecnico–specialistico; c) Supporto alla conservazione in ambito archeologico tramite progetti specialistici di prevenzione e manutenzione ordinaria programmata; d) Supporto per la gestione e l’implementazione di sistemi informativi, . Ales, inoltre, ha affidata la gestione delle Scuderie del Quirinale, al cui interno vengono organizzati mostre ed eventi artistici di grande rilievo nazionale ed internazionale. La Società è stata incaricata di promuovere, comunicare e diffondere la conoscenza dell’Art Bonus, un credito d'imposta per le erogazioni liberali in denaro a sostegno della cultura e dello spettacolo, quale sostegno del mecenatismo a favore del patrimonio culturale, oltre che di gestire il sito istituzionale previsto dalla legge stessa. Ales continua a svolgere anche l’originario compito (ex Arcus) di finanziamento e monitoraggio tecnico e finanziario di progetti realizzati da soggetti pubblici e privati individuati dal MiBACT attraverso specifici decreti ministeriali, e con i quali Ales stipula convenzioni dirette. L’ALESC est une association ayant pour vocation d’aider les étudiants et les stagiaires, quel que soit leur établissement scolaire, à trouver un logement. Elle mène deux actions : – la gestion de 3 résidences – l’interface entre les bailleurs privés et les étudiants (1650 logements privés). Sur Compiègne, il n’y a pas de campus universitaire, la majorité des étudiants est hébergée dans des structures privées. Au travers de ses résidences et de son fichier de logements privés, l’ALESC héberge plus de la moitié des étudiants de Compiègne.
