Elisabeth Aase etablerte firmaet Aase Byggeadministrasjon AS som et enkeltmannsforetak i 1991. I 2005 hadde selskapet vokst til ti medarbeidere, og Elisabeth kjøpte da det tidligere administrasjonsbygget til Nitedal Tændstikkfabrik på Helsfyr. I 2012 valgte Elisabeth å tiltre som arbeidende styreleder og Karoline Hasselgård overtok som daglig leder. I dag holder 26 medarbeidere til i den ærverdige og vakre bygningen – en riktig og viktig ramme rundt et selskap som gjennom sine prosjekter forvalter store verdier, og som bidrar til å skape varige verdier. Aase er i dag et solid aksjeselskap, og består av en kompetent stab av tømrermestere, ingeniører og sivilingeniører, medarbeidere med bred praktisk erfaring i tillegg til høy teoretisk kompetanse. Videre har Elisabeth Aase med seg et dyktig styre bestående av Peter Groth, administrerende direktør i Aspelin Ramm, og Andreas Wabø, tidligere administrerende direktør i Geelmuyden Kiese Norge.
