Founded by Stella Lucas MBE in 1987, ​All Aboard Shops are a chain of 22 charity shops in London and Manchester, that raise funds for UK registered charities. Through the sale of donated goods in our shops, our grants have supported a wide range of causes from research projects, learning programmes, hospital equipment, to outings and respite for terminally ill children and residential care for the elderly. All Aboard believes that we can all help create a more sustainable world by allowing pre-loved possessions be enjoyed by others whilst supporting local charities. Through our shops, the sale of clothes, homeware, electronics and furniture raises much needed funds for various community projects each year.

At All Aboard, we believe learning is fun! We value creativity and independence, and we encourage students to explore their interests as we introduce new topics to them. We also believe that curiosity is a fundamental part of a child’s development, so we encourage our students to constantly ask questions as we guide them through engaging learning opportunities that allow students to dive further into the topics we are exploring. Through in-depth discussions and collaboration, students and teachers engage in new learning, pushing our thinking and helping us to pose new questions. Our goal is to provide students with both the academic skills and 21st century success skills, as well as the confidence, necessary to be college and career ready anywhere in an English-speaking environment. The learning process is a journey, and even though it will differ for every learner, we want to ensure that all students have the opportunity to experience the joy of learning and discovery.
