America's Special Kidz (A.S.K.) is a non-profit that serves families with children who have a wide range of special needs and serious health conditions. We have a team of 30 volunteers and three board members. A.S.K. gives a "voice" to the kids and their parents in order to educate the community and change negative perceptions in society. A.S.K. is only organization in NJ (perhaps in the country) that has no bias. All services are developed in response to the needs of families. America's Special Kidz strives to unify educators, medical professionals, rehabilitation counselors, government agencies and other philanthropic organizations to meet the critical needs of the children because A.S.K. believes all children are America's future! The American Academy and Board for Regenerative Medicine Middle East and North Africa (AABRM-MENA) Chapter offers the only course for board certification in regenerative medicine in the UAE. The United States-based American Board of Regenerative Medicine (ABRM) represents certification authority of the evolving specialty of Regenerative Medicine and develops Graduate Medical Education programs and sets education and certification standards.

AAICT is a pioneering organization, setting high standard in the regenerative medicine community. Our team of highly credentialed experts will teach physicians how to practice cell therapy safely and effectively. Upon completion of training, certificates and ongoing one-on-one support is provided. As popularity of stem cell therapy rises to an all-time high, patients are rushing to stem cell treatments and providers are rushing to provide such. However, there is a lack of standard of care, with a general deficiency in the understanding of fundamental scientific principles behind cell therapy, and a lack of awareness of existing clinical evidence, as well as the knowledge in how best to deliver such treatments. Practitioners sorely need training in various treatment protocols, in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the treatments.
