Services include: Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs Training Programs to Comply with DOT Testing Modes: USCG, PHMSA, FMCSA, FTA & FRA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Alcohol Service Training Designated Employer Representative Training International-Flag Drug Testing Services Our consortium has been issued a Letter of Regulatory Compliance (LRC) by the USCG.
