I am passionate about good health and nutrition and helping others find their own way. I have been for the last 23 years and I will be for the next 23 years! With my Coaching and Nutritional Therapy skills, I have learned how to empower you. I firmly believe you are the expert in your own life. YOU have the answers. I come to you without any assumptions, just curiosity and respect to help you on your journey to good health. I do this by making you accountable to the goals you set. I give you the resources you need. Through my coaching, using my skills as a Nutritional Therapist and my lifetime of interest and experience in nutrition and health, you WILL reach your goals. I dont claim to know everything and if someone does then run for the door! Science is evolving all the time. One thing I know for sure is that people are confused. There is so much conflicting information and theories out there. One of my jobs is to dispel the myths and present the information that is relevant to you in a clear, easy to implement way. I believe that being well informed and well supported with accountability is all anyone needs to enable them to make the simple changes that are required to lose weight, increase confidence, reduce stress and prevent many illnesses.
