Leach & Lang has become synonymous over the past 15 years with high service levels on the Polish residential market. Our core business since the company’s inception has been on ‘all things real estate’ especially apartment sales (primary and resale markets), residential letting and property management for individual landlords. Our holistic approach to the Polish real estate market has engendered several related companies specializing in other very market-specific areas of the property market. At the request of our clients, in 2013 we subsequently established a dedicated property administration company, Active Management, which has an experienced team taking care of whole buildings and housing communities throughout Poland. Landmark Apartments developed in 2015 as an extension of Leach & Lang’s ‘Corporate Lets’ department. Approached on the one hand by individual landlords looking for a long-term, stable tenant in their city centre apartments and contacted on the other hand frequently by corporate and non-corporate clients wishing for short-term and mid-term serviced apartment solutions in central locations, Leach & Lang decided to step into the breach and offer a solution that would satisfy both groups. With the maturing of the Polish residential market and in particular with regard to the burgeoning PRS (Private Rented Sector) and PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation), Leach & Partners was established in early 2017 to focus on administration, letting, property management and accounting solutions for institutional investors looking to invest in Warsaw and the major regional cities such as Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan and Gdansk. As the Polish real estate market further matures, we hope and expect Leach & Lang to grow both organically and through acquisition to strengthen its position on the real estate market and in associated spheres.
