Le Pôle Aqua-Valley fédère un réseau de 230 adhérents (grandes entreprises, ETI, PME/TPE, organismes de recherche et de formation, associations) principalement localisés en régions Occitanie / Pyrénées-Méditerranée et Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur. Leurs compétences et savoir-faire couvrent la totalité des métiers et du cycle de l’eau. Aqua-Valley a vocation à promouvoir l’ensemble des filières du secteur de l’eau, et notamment à permettre l’essor des TPE et PME-PMI en vue de contribuer, au travers par exemple de la mise en œuvre d’actions collectives, de l’animation des réseaux d'acteurs et de la mutualisation des moyens, au développement économique régional et de créer ainsi des emplois pérennes dans le périmètre du Pôle. Aqua-Valley accompagne ainsi ses adhérents sur les sujets de développement de marchés, d’innovation, de la consolidation des compétences, de partenariats et d’internationalisation. Aqua-Valley est co-fondateur de « France Water Team » marque internationale du réseau constitué des 3 pôles de compétitivité de l’eau (avec DREAM et HYDREOS) et de plusieurs clusters régionaux (Ea éco-entreprises, Eco-Orign, Eaux-Milieux-Sols). AquaBiota Water Research was founded on the 1st August 2006 by Martin Isaeus as a subsidiary of the Norwegian Institute of Water Research (NIVA). As of the 1st January 2016, AquaBiota is fully under Swedish ownership. In 2021 the business was split into two companies by forming AquaBiota Consulting. AquaBiota Water Research is a non-profit research institute, and AquaBiota Consulting offers consultancy services for private and public sector.

Aquabumps depicts images of waves, surfers (good and bad), swimmers, sunrises and whatever happens in the wee hours down the beach every weekday. Which beach? Bondi mainly (were based there) but quite often Hawaii, Tahiti, Maldives, Indonesia and Fiji.
