We kijken wat de mogelijkheden van een locatie zijn en hoe we die in het ontwerp maximaal tot uitdrukking kunnen brengen. In de ontwerpfase maken we veel schetsen en 3D-modellen om het gewenste programma ruimtelijk te vertalen. Ruimtelijk inzicht bieden aan opdrachtgevers en toekomstige gebruikers is van essentieel belang voor de besluitvorming en voortgang in een vroeg stadium van het ontwerpproces. Bij de architectonische uitwerking gaan we vervolgens niet dogmatisch te werk: het eindresultaat vloeit voort uit een combinatie van randvoorwaarden. Vanzelfsprekend willen we binnen die randvoorwaarden en binnen het afgesproken budget ook gewoon een mooi gebouw maken, waar het prettig wonen, werken, leren, léven is!
