The Arkansas Arts Academy is a public charter school offering fine arts education to K-12 students. Located in Rogers, we are the second oldest and one of the largest charter schools in the state. Our mission is to provide a rigorous academic program with a purposed integration of the arts. We challenge our students academically while providing them with an arts enhanced curriculum.

The Arkansas Baptist Foundation (Foundation) is an incorporated agency of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention (Convention) for the purpose of serving the churches, agencies, institutions and ministries of the Convention as well as the greater body of Southern Baptist believers in Jesus Christ. This purpose is preeminent and defining and shall serve as a guide and framework through which the Corporations mission, vision, activities, efforts and policies are construed, interpreted and carried out. The Foundation is a charitable organization exempt from income taxation under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Code). Contributions to the Foundation are deductible for income, gift, and estate tax purposes under (170)(c), 170(b)(1)(A), 2055(a), and 2522 of the Code. Responsibility for governing the Foundation is vested in the Board of Directors comprised of Arkansas Southern Baptist church members who are elected for a three-year term by the Convention.

Arkansas Colleges of Health Education (ACHE) is a private, not-for-profit institution located on 673 acres in Fort Smith, Arkansas. ACHE’s first college, the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (ARCOM) is set to graduate its inaugural class of 150 osteopathic medical students in May 2021. ACHE opened its second building, a 66,000 square foot facility that is home to the School of Physical Therapy and the School of Occupational Therapy. CHE recently announced the purchase of the ACHE Research Institute Health & Wellness Center, a 317,850 square foot facility that will contain a biomedical research laboratory and space for transformational initiatives in health and wellness. ACHE is the first and only private institution in Arkansas that is dedicated solely to healthcare and wellness.

The Arkansas Department of Emergency Management (ADEM) is Arkansas' Homeland Security and Preparedness Agency. ADEM is lead agency for the State of Arkansas for all natural and man-made disasters that occur in the state. In addition, ADEM serves at the State Administrative Agency for a number of Federal Grant Programs awarded to the state.
