The Research Group (ASCLEPES RESEARCH CENTERS) has been formed to offer management and clinical development services and coordination with a national CNS and primary medicine clinical trials site network. ASCLEPES Research Centers provides standard site management services (one budget, contract and invoice), quick feasibility, GCP trained staff and investigators, regulatory start up, coordinated recruitment and Quality Assurance. What makes ASCLEPES different; Unlike a traditional SMO, as a Managed Network Organization (MNO), ASCLEPES provides expanded and continual training programs, management oversight and escalation points, harmonization on research policies, COG’s / SOP’s between sites, standardization of source, access to long standing relationships of study providers and consultants, dedicated and experienced ASCLEPES research staff at each site and a network of CNS/Primary Medicine sites all following the above operational guidelines.

The Ascolite TF-system - button wrapping machines and TF Yarn The unique Ascolite button wrapping system is based on the combination of a button wrapping machine and the elastomeric heatsealable Ascolite TF-thread. The button attachment is secured by wrapping the filament under tension around the shank of the button. The result is a soft, durably secured, easy to fasten and perfectly finished button shank! Quality of the button wrapping Ascolite stands for the finest quality in button wrapping. Most methods for shanking the buttons with normal sewing thread become loose after a short time. A shank wrapped with Ascolite TF-thread instead remains tight even after years of wearing and washing. Security of the button wrapping Ascolite TF-thread is guaranteeing the maximum possible button security. The highly elastic filament is wrapped around the button shank under tension. The button attaching thread is constrained and prevented from becoming loose by the constant force of the elastic filament. Comfort of the button wrapping To increase the security of the button many technicians adjust the tension on the button-attaching machine to the maximum. This way there is no space between the button and the garment. The fastening with such a button is very tricky. The benefit of a shanked button is that they just glide easily through the buttonhole. The flexible and slim Ascolite button shank even makes buttoning the cuffs and collar a simple job
