Auro is a developer company started in 2009. Since our beginning, we create business spaces, which are tailor-made for clients. Both our offices and industrial halls are planned in a way helping us meet all the expectations of our lessees. In the same time, we have in mind the fact, that nothing stays the same forever. Thus, we prepare our building to be adapted to new needs of companies whohave trusted us. Those needs which are anticipated but especially those which are not seen yet. We know what we do. If you need any help, we are close to you and service is always on time. In the first year of our functioning, we brought into existence AURO Business Park in Special Economic Zone in Gliwice. It covered 1650m2 of production hall and 950m2 of offices. Year later we expanded it by another 3500m2 of hall and 475m2 of socials and offices. Following that was our smaller, but still enjoying as well, successful project of independant office building of total area of 480m2. What next? We look forward into the future, our eyes are focused on Economic Zone in Zabrze. New place means new perspectives – this is the spot, where we will realize our another project. Aurock's engineering and design department is specialized in finite element calculations applied to mechanic and thermic of structures. Upstream the manufacturing, Aurock coaches the design and the sizing of ceramic parts. This company considers the specificities of these materials such as the failure probabilistics effects that allow to determine the eligible strain. Downstream, Aurock could help you in the failure analysis of refractory structures by studying the material grade used and eventually by suggesting a new structure design.
