Elle s’efforce de créer les conditions d’évolution et d’épanouissement pour chacune des personnes accompagnées à travers la dimension de parcours, de trajectoire individuelle et de projet personnalisé. L’intégration en milieu ordinaire, l’inclusion citoyenne et la participation sont au coeur de la démarche de l’association tant sur le plan des parcours professionnels des travailleurs handicapés que dans la politique d’ouverture de ses établissements et services.
