Training and Development Here focus is on an actual team training program with a specific goal based on a specific issue. The aim is to move the team towards a concrete goal. We make up a program adjusted to your exact situation founded on the individual strengths within the team. We believe that the team's success depends on individual success. Our primary desire is to create basic, thoughtful garments for Sighthounds. Jemma Thomas founded COAT from the need for a practical, insulated garment for her whippet, Stevie. She started designing with three things in mind; each garment must be functional, understated, and have a long lifespan. From this, a simple model was created, consisting of one hero design, three classic tones, and one new colour released every season. Made from premium, ethically sourced Merino wool, each garment has been designed to move and breathe on the body. Providing essential warmth and flexibility. The COAT philosophy centres on high-quality design & construction with a commitment to keeping it local. Designed and handmade in Melbourne.

Coatec India was established in the year 1992 in the city of Chandigarh. It shifted to Mohali in 1995, moved from rented to first own building in 1996 and then added a much larger manufacturing facility at Kurali in 2008. In the year 2000, Coatec designed, manufactured and supplied India's first small ECOAT SYSTEM for the SME segment to Auto Ignition Limited, Faridabad. In 2006, Coatec supplied the then largest CED coating plant in JOB WORK segment to Integrated Engineers, Pune with a tank capacity of 27000 liters. This was superseded in the year 2009 with the supply of a 43000 liters plant to Renuka Auto Components Private Limited, Pune. In the year 2008, Coatec commissioned the complete CED paint shop for Jost Auto Components Private Limited, Jamshedpur. This was an end to end fully automatic, SCADA controlled, pre-treatment, Ecoat, transfer conveyor, baking oven and cooling conveyor complete with utilities on a turnkey basis. This was installed in Jamshedpur and Jharkhand's first 100% foreign direct investment. In 2011 a fully conveyorized CED Coating Plant for tractor wheel rim was supplied to Carrier Wheels Private Limited, Shamli. In 2012 a CED Coating Plant of 62,000 Liters volume was supplied to DTL Ancillaries Limited, Pune. In 2013, Coatec supplied a CED coating line to Grundfos Pumps India Limited. In 2015, we supplied the pretreatment line to JCB Limited, Jaipur as subcontractors to George Koch Sons, UK. The crowning glory has been the design, manufacture, supply & installation of an integrated coating line to Valdemar Birn in Holstebro, Denmark. It consists of flight bar parking, workstations, storage, CED coating line and powder coating line. This was supplied in the year 2016 – 2017. 2018, we supplied a complete stainless steel fabrication line with state of the art technology to Marc Industries, Pune. And in 2019 our second line to Atul Auto Limited, near Ahmedabad. The earlier line was supplied in 2008 to their HQ in Rajkot. The journey continues.

Nathan Coates started his career as a sole trader in 1990. By 1993 Nathan Coates Plumbing Pty Ltd was formed and the company has grown steadily over the years. As demand for larger civil works has grown over the years, the company has invested in machinery and expanded and has recently changed it’s name to Coates Civil (formerly Coates Plumbing & Civil Pty Ltd) .
