Hospice & Palliative Care of Cabarrus County is a special way of caring for people who are living with a life-limiting illness, as well as caring for their families and caregivers. Our goal is to help people live their last days as comfortably as possible, surrounded by family and friends. We are also a community of hospice team members - doctors, nurses, clinical social workers, chaplains, therapists, home health aides, and bereavement specialists whose comfort and care improve the quality of life for our patients. This community would be incomplete without our hospice volunteers who give so selflessly of their time to help others.

Since 1980 Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro (HPCG) has supported people in the Greater Greensboro area. HPCG enables people with life-limiting illnesses to live fully, with comfort and dignity, to the end of life.We have a beautifully landscaped, 14.75 acre campus with four buildings located at 2500 Summit Avenue in Greensboro. Our services include: In-Home Hospice Care: HPCG provides expert medical and emotional care for patients and their families, usually in the patient's home, but also in assisted-living residences and long-term-care facilities. We offer in-home care wherever the patient calls home. Hospice Care at Beacon Place: On the HPCG campus, Beacon Place offers the finest health care in a beautiful 14-bed, home-like facility. Kids Path: Kids Path is tailored to the needs of seriously ill and grieving children. Kids Path offers a range of services from counseling and in-home care, to bereavement camps and play therapy for children and their families. The Counseling and Education Center (CEC): We offer grief counseling to family members served by HPCG as well as anyone in the Greater Greensboro area grieving the loss of a loved one. Palliative Care Services (PCS): PCS is a medical specialty offered to patients for goal-of-care discussions and relief of pain and other symptoms of serious illness, at any stage of the illness. PCS is available to you, upon doctor's orders, in Greensboro hospitals, assisted-living and long-term-care communities.

Hospice at Home is about living, loving, and making every day count. We provide: Pain and Symptom Management Caregiver Support & Education Grief Healing Hospice offers comfort, dignity, and compassion to the terminally ill. Physical symptom management is provided for the patient while spiritual and emotional care are offered to patients and their families alike. For more than 28 years, Hospice at Home has been dedicated to serving our neighbors throughout Southwest Michigan – the place we proudly call home. As the largest and oldest community-based palliative care and hospice organization in the area, we provide 24-hour hospice care from one of our three conveniently located offices. Hospice at Home is the non-profit community hospice focusing on the patient and family regardless of the patients’ diagnosis, treatment choices, or ability to pay. It provides quality care to people adjusting to living with a serious illness, to people facing death, to people anticipating the death of a loved one, or to people healing their grief after the death of a loved one. Serving Berrien, Cass, Van Buren, and Allegan Counties, the care is coordinated by a team of physicians, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, spiritual care counselors, bereavement coordinators, and trained volunteers. Extending this care, Lory’s Place, a bereavement and education center that builds hope and strength for every grieving family, is available to anyone in Southwest Michigan or Northern Indiana.

Hospice Calgary is a recognized leader in end-of-life care and grief support, and is the only organization in Southern Alberta that specializes in child and adolescent grief. We have two centres of care: Sage Centre, located in Deerfoot Meadows, is home to our professional grief counselling centre, support groups, and workshops. We provide services that guide children, teens, adults and families through the grieving process as they face advanced illness or the death of someone close to them (including sudden or accidental deaths). Rosedale Hospice, located in the quiet NW neighbourhood of Rosedale, provides 24-hour end-of-life care to adults dying of cancer and their families. Wherever you access our services, we promise to journey with you, through end-of-life and grief, as long as you need us.
