James is admitted to practice law in the State of South Carolina, United States Federal Court for the District of South Carolina, and United States Tax Court. James is certified as a mediator in Probate and Civil Law. Before starting his own practice, James served as a tax litigation attorney, tax policy attorney, and attorney for the Office of General Counsel for the South Carolina Department of Revenue. James handled various legal matters including contractual and procurement, collection, and Taxation.
