ARCHIFACTORY architectes a été fondé en 1999 par Marc Lacombe, architecte DPLG. L'agence prend en charge la conception et l’exécution d’importants programmes de logements, d’équipement, de bureaux, d’aménagement urbain et de paysage, en s'efforçant de développer une création architecturale et urbaine personnelle au profit des projets. ARCHIFACTORY assure les missions complètes de maîtrise d’œuvre, de la conception architecturale initiale à l’ouvrage exécuté tant pour les maîtres d’ouvrage privés que publics et également les missions d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage, études de faisabilité et de volumétrie, analyse urbaine et de paysage. Founded in 2020, aRchiHype is a design tech start-up. We put major focus on developing the right product-market fit and actually serve real industry needs. Our initial interior design product has evolved due to our customer’s sustainability concerns into a product passport solution for home décor products. aRchiHype Origins is an integrated product passport information system that tracks information on home decor products and their material components. It is a transformative way to digitally track supply chain activity, creating a permanent history of a product (chain-of-custody), from manufacture, sale recovery, recycling, and re-use. aRchiHype Origins enables companies within the home decor supply chain achieve industrial symbiosis by (1) connecting directly the manufacturers with each item owner and reinforcing bidirectional communication, thus streamlining maintenance services; (2) facilitating hassle-free alignment with EC Sustainable Products Initiatives; (3) minimising risks of dangerous or unethical raw material sourcing; (4) securing alternatives to traditional raw material supplies; and (5) removing inefficiencies by optimizing the production/ use/ reuse/ recycle cycles. The success of industrial symbiosis relies on companies working collectively and collaboratively with the common goal of mutual economic and environmental sustainability.
