The Australian Dental Association Victorian Branch (ADAVB) is the professional association of Victorian dentists. We aim to improve the dental health of all Victorians, promote the highest standards of professional dental care and enhance the professional lives of members. We support and advocate on behalf of dentists to build a stronger voice for our profession and to promote the oral health of Victorians. We listen to the concerns of Victorian dentists, monitor the impacts on our profession and focus on the priorities identified by our members. Australian Desert Expeditions (ADE) principal purpose is to protect and enhance the natural environment by undertaking research of the remote Australian desert environments. There are many plants and animals still to be discovered by science. Three‐quarters of Australia’s biodiversity is yet to be identified and forty‐five per cent of continental Australia has never been comprehensively surveyed by scientists. ADE is facilitating to solve that problem by challenging the desert research status quo, initiating and conducting surveys in the most isolated desert regions inaccessible by conventional means. We use traditionally outfitted pack camels to systematically survey the Australian desert, whilst providing trekkers with an unmatched educational ecotourism experience, revealing the desert landscape narrative step by step.

The Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA), formed in 1981, is Australia’s leading organisation for diabetes care and education. Our members are healthcare professionals who are committed to providing evidence-based best practice diabetes education to ensure optimal health and wellbeing for all people affected by, and at risk of, diabetes. Diabetes education is a specialty field of health care practice. ADEA offers professional recognition and development programs to support diabetes educators working toward achieving and maintaining Credentialled Diabetes Educator® (CDE) status through a credentialling program. We also support our members and communities through events, resources and learning.

Dragon Boat racing was introduced to Australia in 1980. In 1984 Sydney the inuagural Sydney Dragon Boat Festival at Farm Cove. Dragon Boat clubs have been established throughout every State of Australia, allowing everyone from 10 years of age and above, gender, physical abilities, experience and fitness level to participate in the sport of dragon boat racing. As of 2020 there are currently 173 clubs in Australia consisting of 7650 members. Australian clubs regularly compete overseas including major international dragon boat events The Australian Dragon Boat Federation is the National member of the International Dragon Boat Federation, Oceania Dragon Boat Federation and Asian Dragon Boat Federation.
