Email Accounts

Connect your email providers to start sending campaigns. We support Gmail, Outlook, and SMTP connections to give you maximum flexibility.

Connecting an Account

Go to Home > Accounts to view your connected email accounts.

  1. Click the "Add Account" button.
  2. Select your email provider (Google, Microsoft, or Custom SMTP).
  3. Follow the authentication prompts to authorize ElevateSells to send emails on your behalf.
  4. Once connected, your account status will show as "Active".

Important: Ensure you have "Less Secure Apps" enabled or App Passwords generated if using SMTP with certain providers.

Email Health & Warmup

Protect your sender reputation and ensure your emails land in the inbox, not the spam folder.

  • Warmup Mode: Gradually increase sending limits on new accounts to build trust with ISPs.
  • Health Score: Monitor technical settings like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Daily Limits: Set maximum emails per day per account to stay within safe boundaries.

We recommend starting with a low daily limit (e.g., 20-50 emails) and increasing it gradually over 2-3 weeks.

Account Settings

Customize how each email account behaves:

  • Signature: Create a professional HTML signature for your emails.
  • Sending Name: Choose the name recipients will see (e.g., "John from Company").
  • Reply-to Address: Direct replies to a different inbox if needed.
