Finding Leads

Navigate to Home > Leads to access the extensive lead database.

Advanced Filters

Refine your search using granular filters to pinpoint specifically who you want to reach:

  • IndustryTarget specific sectors like Software, Healthcare, or Finance.
  • LocationFilter by country, state, or city.
  • Job TitleSearch for decision makers like "CEO", "Marketing Director", or "Head of Sales".
  • Employee CountTarget companies by size (e.g., 1-10, 50-200, 1000+).

Pro Tip: Combine multiple filters to narrow down your audience. For example, search for "CEOs" in "New York" in the "Technology" industry.

Managing Lists

Once you've found promising leads, you need to save them. Lists are collections of leads that you can use as audiences for your email campaigns.

Creating a List

1. Go to Home > Lists.
2. Click "Create New List".
3. Give your list a descriptive name (e.g., "SaaS CEOs - US").

Adding Leads to a List

From the Leads search results page:

  1. Select the leads you want to save by checking the box next to their profile.
  2. Click the "Add to List" button that appears at the top.
  3. Choose an existing list from the dropdown or create a new one on the fly.

Note: Added leads are automatically verified for email validity to protect your sender reputation.
